The foundational framework: intelligent, people-centred project delivery, positioning AI as support for leadership judgement rather than a substitute for it.
GCLM 2.0 is the foundation the later AI work builds on. It describes how leadership decisions are made, escalated and reviewed on programmes where technical execution is rarely the binding constraint.
The model is deliberately people-centred. Artificial intelligence enters it as an instrument for making judgement better informed and better timed — not as a mechanism for removing judgement from the loop.
Consolidation in progress
A consolidated manuscript drawing the four published AI-GCLM variants into a single foundational paper is in preparation for journal submission, with full prior-publication disclosure.
