I am Mohammad Habibur Rahaman — a civil engineer and MBA with sixteen years in construction delivery, researching how artificial intelligence, digital twins and disciplined governance change the way major projects are led. My work joins peer-reviewed research with live delivery across the UAE, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
About
Sixteen years on site, and a research question that would not go away.
I have led more than three hundred construction projects internationally — residential, commercial and infrastructure — and currently serve as Construction Director at Madeen Building Contracting LLC in Ras Al Khaimah. Alongside delivery I founded the Papple Holdings Advisory Network, a multi-entity advisory organisation operating across four countries.
The research grew out of the practice. Project after project, the constraint was never the engineering — it was the quality and timeliness of the decisions made around it. That question became GCLM 2.0 and the AI-GCLM framework: a structured account of how artificial intelligence, human judgement and regenerative stewardship combine into a leadership model that major programmes can actually run on.
