GCLM 2.0 and AI-GCLM

The Global Construction Leadership Model and its artificial-intelligence-enhanced successor.

GCLM 2.0

The Global Construction Leadership Model describes intelligent, people-centred project delivery: a structure for how leadership decisions are made, escalated and reviewed on programmes where the technical work is rarely the binding constraint.

AI-GCLM

The AI-enhanced framework extends GCLM into generative-AI-enabled executive decision-making and regenerative mega-infrastructure delivery. Six pillars — strategic visioning, data-driven decision making, lean and agile execution, human-centred team leadership, technology and AI integration — plus autonomous intelligence leadership and regenerative sustainability stewardship.

CMEC

The Cross-Market Economic Contribution framework analyses construction as a global economic engine across UAE, UK and USA practice, with a foresight horizon to 2050.
